Psalm 56:5-7

⁵ All day long they ·twist [find fault with] my words;
    all their evil ·plans [or thoughts] are against me.
⁶ They ·wait [or attack; or strive]. They hide.
    They watch my ·steps [^Lheels],
    hoping to kill me.
⁷ God, do not let them escape;
    ·punish [^Lbring down] the ·foreign nations [peoples] in your anger.
