³⁰ And the Lord will make the splendor of his voice heard
and reveal his arm^(A) striking in angry wrath
and a flame of consuming fire,
in driving rain, a torrent, and hailstones.

¹⁰ See, the Lord God comes with strength,
and his power establishes his rule.^(A)
His wages are with him,^(B)
and his reward accompanies him.

¹⁴ All of you, assemble and listen!
Who among the idols^[a] has declared these things?
The Lord loves him;^[b]
he will accomplish his will against Babylon,^(A)
and his arm will be against the Chaldeans.

⁹ Wake up, wake up!
Arm of the Lord, clothe yourself with strength.
Wake up as in days past,
as in generations long ago.
Wasn’t it you who hacked Rahab to pieces,^(A)
who pierced the sea monster?^(B)

¹⁰ The Lord has displayed his holy arm
in the sight of all the nations;^(A)
all the ends of the earth will see
the salvation of our God.^(B)

⁵¹ He has done a mighty deed with his arm;^(A)
he has scattered the proud
because of the thoughts of their hearts;^(B)
